Prerequisite

• Be excessively aware of the Education and Training Industry Worldwide, in terms of generic and academic training programs.
• Work Experience in content development of trainings for eLearning and Physical Environment.
• Must be technology Savvy, understand and use technology optimally to design and develop trainings, associates material/ modules and tests.
• Must be an apt learner, with excellent communication skills, Team leader and motivator, an overall solution finder.
• Must be able to design and meet deadlines.

• Research and analyze the most relevant Education and associates Trainings in the Industry and their market size, including scope for offering the same through Institution’s eLearning campus and Real Time Academies.
• Updating all the training programs as required by the Industry, in line with the expectations of the customer.
• Development of Content on trainings in house and via outsourcing including finalizing of content developers, industry expert to certify the same, and co-ordinating with the design/development team to offer the same in the e-Learning and physical environment.
• Coordinate with all members of all process cycle of development of trainings to ensure that work is done in line with the company standards within set parameters and deadlines.
• Creating all content /materials for Students/ Trainers/ and for train the trainer workshops.
• Updating the associated department personnel and via website of the latest in the Industry and DewSoft’s Initiative to address the same.
• Writing Industry News on the website in the given space.
• Updating the Board of the progress and accomplishment of the department weekly, and monthly as per the format.

 Secondary Job Responsibilities

• Organizing, Coordinating and Training in the train the trainer workshops
• Training of company personnel on various programs and updates.
• Hiring/ Contracting/ finalizing of vendors to develop the content.
• Participate in Industry fairs and workshops representing the Institution.
• Organize, Coordinate meetings with Industry Leaders, Teachers, Professors, leading Employers and Institutions to Understand and address the challenges faced in the education and training domain.
