 Prerequisite

  • Be Excessively aware of the Taxation, in terms of Income Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax, TDS rates, Filing of returns online, electronically, e payment of taxes direct and Indirect,
  • Work Experience in New Delhi, dealing with assessments, scrutinises essentials.
  • Must know how to read the case books, laws, acts using the material available online and in printed books and implement the same in law.
  • Must be able to setup and streamline the accounts department independently.
  • Must be an apt learner, with excellent communication skills, Team leader and motivator, an overall solution finder.
  • Must be able to design and meet deadlines.

 Job Responsibilities

 Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement systems studying the procedures and work flow in the organization fine tuning both to arrive at a conclusive methodology to keep books of accounts which avoid duplication of work and labor using the company resources.
  • Generate Purchase Orders following principals of quotations and quality check of all materials thus obtained.
  • Audit and control all stock, inventory, material received dispatched, issued in the most comprehendible and transparent manner.
  • Coordinate with all members of all process cycle of accounting operations of the company and contain transparent records of the same.
  • Updating the associated department personnel of all changes and updates in environmental rules and regulations, changes in taxations, rates, and implementing the same in the operations as desired by the law.
  • Preparing and filing of all Tax Returns, Income tax, service tax, VAT, TDS, balance sheets, P&L, recording Chalans, e-payment of all taxes, direct and indirect and record keeping of all Annexure, supplements for all purposes of all companies and its sister concerns.
  • Appear for assessments, scrutinises and other cases of the company in the department, in consultation with auditors/ lawyers/ consultants of the company.

 Secondary Job Responsibilities

  • Organizing, Coordinating and Training the junior executives and customer care executives on relevant changes and updates.
  • Filing of Income Tax returns of all employees and safely record keeping of the same.
  • Hire Junior Executives to complete the assigned work diligently.

 Remarks

The job profile requires someone who can handle pressure and dedicate longer working hours. At all time the Institution’s Goals and Objectives must come first before their personal ones.
