  • Work experience in Institutional Marketing for Products and Services for a National/International Service Provider
  • Affluent Presentation, Communication and Writing Skills.
  • Must be able to design and meet deadlines.
  • Preference shall be given to person with Education and Training Industry Experience

 Job Responsibilities

 Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development and support of franchisee network on the national and international level.
  • Responsible for Development of training and Support material to simplify and streamline academy operations, support, marketing, administration overall contributing to the success of the franchisee.
  • Responsible for Training of the Academy Franchisee personnel and appraise them periodically, do quality audit checks and other associated activities to keep them motivated and successful.
  • Responsible for making the franchisee side Development of Institutional Clients for existing bouquet of Products and Services.
  • Responsible for generation of feedback and analysis from existing and prospective Academy franchisee and assist them in customizing and improvising the offerings, coordinating the same with the content development team to offer the most relevant offering in the industry.
  • Responsible for Synergy with other players in the Industry to offer a larger bouquet of Services, to a larger target audience.
  • Designing, Organizing, Coordination trainings of Junior executives and Independent Channel Partners and franchisee across the country on latest updates and offerings and how to present the same to the prospective client across the country.
  • Coordinate with all members of all process cycle of marketing operations of the company and maintain transparent records of the same.
  • Updating the associated department personnel of all changes and updates in environmental rules and regulations, promotions, via email and web updates.
  • Represent the Institution in Industry fairs, in India and abroad.

 Secondary Job Responsibilities

  • Organizing, Coordinating and Training the junior executives and customer care executives on relevant changes and updates.
  • Hire Junior Executives to complete the assigned work diligently.

 Remarks

The job profile requires someone who can handle pressure and dedicate longer working hours. At all time the Institution’s Goals and Objectives must come first before their personal ones. Shall have access to confidential information and Institutional growth plans. Zero tolerance in discipline and loyalty towards the Institution is expected.
