Prerequisite

• Work experience in design and development of ASP. Net and VB. Net applications backed by SQL server database, Understanding of flash script,
  implementing of eLearning technology using SCORM standards.
• Be able to delegate job assignments and handle team effectively.
• Affluent Presentation, Communication and Writing Skills.
• Must be able to design and meet deadlines.

• Research, Analyze, and implement the most relevant technology in the Education and training Industry which can enhance the user experience or ease the trainer in eLearning and physical environments.
• Responsible for design, development, updating of all technical systems being used by the company, including backup of database. Writing procedures etc.
• Responsible for Design, Development of new software as required by the company time to time and building their knowledge to contribute to the overall organization’s success.
• Responsible for updating all trainings in the eLearning environment.
• Designing, Organizing, Coordination trainings of Junior executives on all industry updates relevant to the operations of the company, in the field of information technology.
• Audit systems in place, generate reports of their function, and effectiveness, improvise the same if necessary to optimize performance and avoid overlap/doubling of any work.
• Coordinate with all members of all process cycle of technical operations of the company and maintain transparent records of the same.
• Updating the associated department personnel of all changes and updates in environmental rules and regulations, promotions, via email and web updates.
• Represent the Institution in Industry fairs, in India and abroad.

 Secondary Job Responsibilities

• Organizing, Coordinating and Training the junior executives and customer care executives on relevant changes and updates.
• Hire Junior Executives to complete the assigned work diligently.
