- Must have worked for a National Level Service Provider, Preference shall be given to experience in education and training industry.
- Must be able to design and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities |
Primary Job Responsibilities |
- Research, Analyze, Develop and fine tune education and trainings on the basis of target audiences and devise lesson plans and session plans for fine execution of the same.
- Take feedback on effectiveness of the trainings and customize trainings to enhance user experience and effectiveness of the same.
- Research, Analyze, technology and other mediums used for training and assign the most relevant in implementing offering the individual training.
- Design and Develop trainings on different subjects, in coordination with content development department.
- Designing, Organizing, Coordination and Training Junior executives/franchisee/ trainers/ Independent Channel Partners as relevant to the his responsibilities in the operations of the company.
- Audit systems in place, generate reports of their function, and effectiveness, improvise the same if necessary to optimize performance and avoid overlap/doubling of any work.
- Coordinate with all members of all process cycle of training operations of the company and maintain transparent records of the same.
- Updating the associated department personnel of all changes and updates in environmental rules and regulations, promotions, via email and web updates.
- Represent the Institution in Industry fairs, in India and abroad.

Secondary Job Responsibilities |
- Hire Junior Executives/ Independent trainers to complete the assigned work diligently.
- Coordinate with other trainers/participants to generate reports showing effectiveness of the meetings and trainings in the particular area.

Remarks |
The job profile requires someone who can handle pressure and dedicate longer working hours. At all time the Institution’s Goals and Objectives must come first before their personal ones. Shall have access to confidential information and Institutional growth plans. Zero tolerance in discipline and loyalty towards the Institution is expected.
